I am glad we have been able to put this busines8
It is a good purchase for the Indian Council although
I think in their own interest it would have been wiser if they
had kept book the shipment until able to buy more. The Governor
of Hongkong may take a different view of the operation, now
that silver has gone up, but I hope he will find compensation
in the reflection that the profit has been kept within the
Imperial Family.
